My event is in less than ten days. What can I do?
If your event is in less than ten days, we consider it an expedited event. Please contact Ashley Nicole Event Deco for information and special requirements for rush service.
What happens if I damage or lose the rental item?
Damage or loss must be compensated. A charge of $100-$3,000 will be processed on the payment method on file, or added to an existing invoice. The fee will vary based on damage and value.
Do you have installation fees?
Yes. Installation is priced by distance and rental size, starting at $40. Please book installations a minimum of two hours before your event start time. Ashley Nicole does not assemble third-party equipment or furniture.
Do you have a minimum delivery total?
To be eligible for delivery, rental total must be at least $350.
Do you have delivery fees?
Delivery availability depends on event location and current weather. If permissible, delivery fees start at $40. Price may vary.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, contracts protect us and you. Contact Ashley Nicole for a digital copy.
Will the weather affect my booking?
Rain and other unexpected weather can affect Ashley Nicole's availability for staffing and installations. Please plan ahead and contact us with any questions before your event.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due 3 days before your event. Expedited events and rentals must be paid in full upon approval.
How much does it cost to book Ashley Nicole Deco for a consultation?
Consultations are $20 an hour, and the price goes towards the event rental total.
How much does it cost to book Ashley Nicole Deco for an installation?
To book us, we require a non-refundable fee of 25% of your rental total.
